We’ll schedule an onboarding call to connect in more detail and better understand your event scope, style, expectations, budget, and any specific priorities. This is where we begin to shape the direction and ensure we’re aligned from the start.

As plans begin to take shape, we refine the details, confirm design direction, organize moving parts, and ensure everything is coming together in a way that feels cohesive and well considered.
Once booked, we get to work. Depending on the level of service selected, this may include concept development, mood boards, event design, vendor recommendations, planning guidance, logistics, and overall event coordination.
03. Proposal, Contract & Payment
Following our call, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended service scope. Once confirmed, a signed contract and initial payment are required in order to officially secure your date and begin the planning process.
